BreathID

The first continuous, non-radioactive, real-time breath test for Helicobacter pylori.

Introducing Hp FasTest

The Exalenz Breath Test System is a point-of-care breath test platform for disease diagnosis and management.

The Hp FasTest 1 is an exciting, point-of-care 13 C breath test that detects the presence of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori),

the bacteria associated with peptic ulcers and gastric cancer.

Receive H. pylori Test Results in Around 10 Minutes

Unlike other breath tests, the BreathID Test is performed in real-time, whereby a patient’s breath is sampled continuously and automatically, eliminating the need for staff to collect, label, and analyze breath samples. In fact, in just 10 minutes, you can test your patient and receive the results. Since the device will automatically determine the end of the test and print out the results, the test operator is free to attend to other patients.

A three step procedure

The BreathID System has been designed so that you and your staff can easily perform the test. Your patient is simply connected to the BreathID device via an external nasal cannula and asked to breathe normally. The patient may read and even talk during the test. The device will automatically determine the end of the test and print out the results.

     1. Place the nasal cannula on the patient and connect it to the port on the BreathID device.
     2. Press the OK button on the monitor to begin the test and follow the on-screen instructions.
     3. The BreathID System will alert you at the completion of the test and print the results.
