A HealthPoint A1c/CRP blood Sample Collection Kit is provided for each patient. 3 or 4 drops of fingerstick blood are obtained using the included lancet and applied to the ReMark Pro serum separation card. The sample is then mailed to HealthPoint Laboratories in the provided mailer for processing.
