Extraction of hopeless premolars #24 (12) & #25 (13). The treatment plan included extraction and socket grafting, and the placement of two implants during a second stage. A closed sinus lift was performed using Bond Apatite® with the distal implant placement.

Clinical Case Case Description Pre-Op CT - Bone resorption and missing palatal wall is evident. Extractions Bond ApatiteŽ in Place Stretching the Flap Sutures - In this case there was no need for a vertical incision and closure was achieved without need for a wound dress or collagen sponge 4 Months Post Augmentation - Previous bone volume was restored, as evident in cbct 4 Months Post Augmentation Part I 4 Months Post Augmentation Part II Implants in Place - Implants placed 4 months post augmentation. Closed sinus lift performed with Augma Bond ApatiteŽ Final Outcome - Final X-ray 4 months after implant placement, confirming implant osseo-integration before the prosthetic procedure.
