The patient complained of dissatisfaction with the color of the tooth, and the inability to chew due to pain and discomfort. Orthopantomography | Initial Orthopantomography | Treatment planning included extraction of #13 (6), immediate implant placement and bone graft with Bone ApatiteŽ. A provisional Essix is used for four months, after which a provisional crown. Finally, the ceramic crown is placed after gum healing.
