$Case Description | The patient is a healthy, 67 year old female who presented with a root fracture of tooth #13 (6). The patient complained of dissatisfaction with the color of the tooth, and the inability to chew due to pain and discomfort.$ Orthopantomography | Initial Orthopantomography | Treatment planning included extraction of #13 (6), immediate implant placement and bone graft with Bone Apatite®. A provisional Essix is used for four months, after which a provisional crown. Finally, the ceramic crown is placed after gum healing.
